Long Island, New York

Not married, used to have guinea pigs, but no more pets now. I live with my parents.
Are you self-published, traditional, or hybrid?
Self-published.
How long have you been a writer?
Since I was in my teens.
How long did it take you to write your first book?
Several months. I wrote my first full-length novel in third grade.
Pantser or Plotter?
Most definitely a plotter.
Have you ever taken the NaNoWriMo Challenge?
Nope.
What’s your favorite genre to write or do you only write in one genre?
I enjoy writing in fantasy, but I also write realistic short stories. I also wrote my science-fiction short story.
What’s your favorite genre to read?
I enjoy fantasy as well.
What are you reading now?
A few different books. But I am not consistent.
Favorite beverage to read with?
Probably tea or coffee.
Where do you get the most writing done?
A café or library. Home is where distractions are.
Do you have pets who “help” or inspire you?
Nope.
Totally addicted to social media or could you live without it?
Beyond addicted.
What’s the inspiration behind your latest release? Who’s your favorite character?
Harry Potter was a huge inspiration source for the content and events in this release. My favorite characters are Alyssa, the protagonist, and her godfather, Alex.
What’s your next project or release?
I will update the sequel, Wizardry Goes Wild and release the third installment hopefully this summer 2019.
Do you have any advice for new authors?
Yes, find the method that works for you and write what you love.

Author Bio
Sunayna Prasad has published a few books between her late teens and her mid-twenties. She has won a Pacific Book Review Award for her novel, Wizardy Goes Wild, which will return as a new edition, like From Frights to Flaws. Sunayna also has a blog on different creative and entertaining topics, including writing and fiction. It is called “Sunayna Prasad’s Blog”.
Aside from writing, Sunayna also likes to cook, do art, and watch videos online. She graduated from college in May 2017 and is looking forward to writing more as well as securing a graphic design job in the near future. Sunayna lives on Long Island, NY.
