Wacky Wednesday!

Camp NaNoWriMo, AtoZ Challenge, #52weeks52stories, countless WIPs and word prompts all over the place! April is a huge writing month and thousands upon thousands of writers are writing… something! If we’re lucky, we get to type those two wonderful little words, The End. But there’s a whole lot of drama, foolishness and shenanigans before we get there!

Wacky Wednesday!

Our two sons, David and Andrew, came home for the weekend so you know what that means, right? It was BOYS WEEKEND! I was subjected to fart jokes, stinky feet and video games at volumes I didn’t know my TV could reach! As I tried to hide in my writing cave and pretend I was on Gilligan’s island without the castaways, one of them or THEIR FATHER would coax me into the family room for “family movie time” which involved various monsters, demons, and psychopaths and waaaay too much blood! If that wasn’t enough–and it is–the mister wakes up with the flu and becomes a sixty-year-old toddler who wants Cheez-its, Halos, and fruit cups!

So, this week’s Wacky Wednesday is devoted to all the long-suffering wives and mothers who roll with the flow… and find humor in it all!
