I started out with short stories and find them easier to write because they are a moment of time with a short arc. I also write novels and non-fiction. I wish that there was more of a market for short stories. They are a workout for the imagination for readers and writers.

I applaud you! Short stories are difficult for me, but I’m learning (slowly) how to say more with less.
